Such a long sportive weekend for GIANT Italia Team, who attended a couple of events in two different contests.
Denny Lupato took part to the first round of "Internazionali d'Italia Cross Country series" run off in Massa Marittima and got 2nd place just behind Swiss biker Roger Walder, who usually competes for Team Scott - Swisspower MTB-Racing. Lupato faced off some difficulties at the starting line of the race, while some opponents obstructed him. At mid-race GIANT Italia Team's athlete re-joined Walder, but Swiss biker suddenly stopped along an uphill section. Lupato was forced to get off from his GIANT XTC Advanced SL bike and arrived at the 2nd place.
Meanwhile, the other athletes of GIANT Italia Team attended the 15th edition of Trofeo Gentilis in Sardinia. U23 Diego Rosa controlled the race preceding all his antagonists, and confirmed "We tested this technical and difficult track some days ago, during our training camp.
